Pros

It is specifically for boarding animals which is brilliant. The team take on board suggestions and try their best to help and sort out any problems.
Customer service responds instantly and solves all issues and helps to come up with creative solutions. Love the ease of use and the modern design.
My customers love it for its professional design and the clarity of the information I am able to pass on to them. The customer support is excellent.

Pros

We try to offer our clients the best of everything and when it came to Gingr we knew it was an investment we would see a return on. Our clients love how simple, clean and accessible the software is.
GINGR has made owning and operating our business a pleasure. The GINGR folks are always available and responsive to our questions and needs WITHOUT charging for the customer support, kudos.
We are satisfied overall with Gingr and only have a few things (mentioned above) that we would love to see changed to help things run more smoothly here.

Cons

For the price, it's by far the most complete kennel software out there. I was worried about purchasing because they are based out of the UK, but that has not been an issue at all.
I was always a bit fearful that I would find it too complicated and although have had a few trials and the rep was always so patient with me, I still hesitated.
Our boarding kennel charges are per 24 hours rather than day or night rates.

Cons

My less tech savvy customers will sometimes complain that they are unable to do something, so I will have to show them or keep doing it for them in the future.
There is very little flexibility with the invoicing set up, if an error is made, it usually needs fixed in a way that clutters the transaction list and can make it look more confusing.
After introducing myself and business name/ 30 min into chat the rep from Gingr asks me what company Im with. Real problem solving should not be done by chat so this part of Gingr is horrible.
