i was reluctant but convinced only to be burned after the year currently almost 800 dollars in fraudulent charges after my contract was up and i canceled through email with acknowledgement

We started with them and told singleops we needed high ACH limits and immediately we ran into problems with them limiting our transactions which lost us a reoccurring customer.

It has smoothed out our overall operations and communication between the office, estimators and the crew.

I do find just the over all look of SingleOps to be a bit busy and overwhelming, but I am getting used to it.

SingleOps has helped us get a lot of information in one place- before, we were scheduling estimates on a Google calendar, and then the office was either transcribing phone calls or decoding handwritten notes to get estimates out.

So within the Job Management page, if you want to always see the oldest jobs at the top or if you want to see different columns of data, you can make those changes and save the settings so the page will always load this way.   When I have come across aspects that I thought could be improved or an experience that wasn't really working for me, I reach out to Support and I am always able to speak with someone who will listen to my concerns and either make an internal suggestion on how to improve something, or even help me to customize my experience or educate me on a particular function to show me how i can properly utilize something i wasn't understanding.

The current invoicing system does not keep track of customer total balances.  

We are able to track labor and expenses on jobs quicker and with better accuracy which results in more trustworthy job costing, which then in-turn, helps drive our pricing methodology.

The downside to Single Ops is the limited GL integration with financial accounting software is with QuickBooks only. When we initially started using Single Ops we used Sage accounting software. Since Single Ops is limited to Quickbooks GL integration we had to convert our financial software over and we learned the hard way that it is better to convert over to QB first, then implement Single Ops.

The scheduling feature optimizes resource allocation, ensuring projects are adequately staffed without overbooking and ensuring each job is completed.

Some of the layout and functionality we had to get used to, but the process made it quick and more complete than we would have found on our own.

It is definitely learning a new system and with that there are many hurdles.   But, the patience that [sensitive content hidden] showed in training allowed me to take my time and learn all of the nuances of this new program.  

We have been able to normalize our pricing by setting up systems of utilizing specific items across all sales reps with costs and pricing built-in.  

The software's intuitive interface, customizable workflows, and powerful scheduling tools have significantly streamlined our operations.

The learning curve was steep for our employees not comfortable using computer programs to do estimates.

Who cares I want to see unpaid invoices and status of estimates.

We would like to fix it to where they can not open other Sales Reps sales and view.

The bidding and invoicing system are different than what we are used to using.  

In many ways, if there is some aspect of some part of the system that you don't like or don't want to see or use, you can update your experience via functions that allow users to save sorting criteria, for example.  

Many many features help us to keep track of everything.

Before, we were using carbon copies for estimates and had STACKS of papers all around that needed to be tracked and entered into QB for accounting.

Finally, the data captured in SingleOps helps us evaluate trends over periods of time to drive operating decisions.
