The ease if talking to clients through the software. The ability to send pictures via the app the payment integration.

Sometimes you have a simple, quick question and it is frustrating not to be able to speak with a live human.

Some things can be a little TOO complex or hard to navigate.

It is difficult to filter these messages in a useful way and so we found ourselves overwhelmed by volume and frequently we missed messages leading us to miss visits.

The invoicing options are somewhat limited. I invoice weekly amd need to manually adjust invoices as Time to Pet only has twice monthly or monthly options.

Sometimes the schedule takes a bit to update, so you may click on the wrong appointment and cancel it or schedule something for the wrong day.

The only things that missing, for me, is dog boarding features.

Great value for the money. Unlimited clients and employees, and the only fees are for invoicing.

My least favorite thing is that some accidents are permanent unless I email them and have them fix it from their end. EX: Putting the wrong expiration date on packages.

We also like the reminder emails regarding pet vaccination expiry and pet birthdays, and the integrated client key inventory. All of these features are free to use as well.

The support team is very responsive to my questions, which I had many.

If you have a employee with limited data it isn't usable. You have to use a work around if you have future appointments that you have to schedule but aren't' placing on a team member immediately.

It would be great to have more integration with external calendars and ways to customize the look of the app for personal business.
