“I do not like this limit or additional charge for a couple reasons: TTP is already the most expensive software and an additional charge is over the top to me; the "workarounds" are emails (emails get lost by clients or they just don't read & clients have the ability to unsubscribe!) and push notifications via the mobile app (the items that cause a push notification are few and I do not like feeling like i have to force my clients to download an app just for pet sitting visits for their 2x/year vacations).”
