Overall, I would not mind using towbook again as it was easy to learn, especially being trained by phone/zoom for a remote position, and fhe program has the capability to handle everything needed in the dispatching roadside business.

Just bad scenario for the small business who is invested, left with a decision to move on or stick it out.
