VRS quickly imported existing reservation data and we were able to setup recurring cleans and other housekeeping activities quickly.

Task lists make staff accountable, being able to use key words and tags has been great in helping as reminders of special requests or guest itineraries.

The support is world class, fast and reliable.

The cleanings automatically populate when we get a new booking, which then automatically goes to our cleaners to accept or decline, and it all flows from there. And if we need to customize something in a particular way, that's easy too.

Before using this program I was doing all of my scheduling on a large homemade desk calendar.  

We used Tsheets before which worked really nicely with Quickbooks and had very easy and friendly customer service if you needed help.

This is just an overall solid software that does everything we need to keep operations and task scheduling from getting out of control.  

It's a really powerful software with really friendly support, so it doesn't get much better than that!

We have sent inspectors out to cabins that have been moved to another day and didn't realize the inspection didn't move with it.

Everything from resident information to payments and work orders is all in one place, which saves a lot of time during busy days. Once you get familiar with it, the system is easy to navigate and very efficient.

Important details feel cramped on the screen, and navigating between sections now requires more scrolling and adjustments than before.

ResMan allows for easy use, great reports, good ways to "personalize" my dashboard to make moving around easier, integrates with MRI for our background checks, and the best part is the great customer service!

The system only allows certain number of staff members to access Resman support.

Not all staff members have access to support, which falls all on our Manager to submit and correct.

The initial use of Resman is simple, searching a person by name or apartment number is extremely helpful and it is the easiest to navigate in comparison to YARDI or Onesite.

The knowledge center would be better if the wording would be easier to find what issue your having. When you type what you're looking for it will not bring up the topic you need.

The layout felt overwhelming in the beginning, and it took time to understand where everything was located.

Example, trying to find accurate number of tours and who toured is hard to find clearly and accurately.

Customer support, very user friendly, easy navigation through the software, but most of all, we can communicate in various ways (email, text)

The one thing I like the least about ResMan is often it times out and you have re-signed in and especially when I'm in the middle importing information.

Everyday after punching in, I would open up Resman to update me regarding any issues that was lodged after hours, otherwise for other issues that has got to be resolved will remain with Resman until it is address.

At times ResMan does not load and you have to log out of the website several times for it work.
