It’s a helpful tool for messaging customers fast and staying organized.

It saves me time and makes it easier to give good service.

Most extremely small businesses aren’t going to be able to afford that kind added expense.

Having the ability to mass text our people to get information out, including links/rsvp's/surveys has been fantastic.

They've now mass-restored all the contacts that were mistakenly removed, and our planned communications will be on time this weekend.

NOPE - that sucker removed 2,698 of our contacts because of their inactivity in responding (this was my mistake - not Avochato's).

Here's what happened!During the week, I pressed a button that said "cleanup your contact list" thinking it might remove a couple super old contacts.

I had one of my employees trial this product and when the trial ended we were billed for the product We attempted to reach customer service for weeks and after sporadic response back we were told we would not receive a refund.

I went in to cancel and not only did it say that it was already cancelled, but it blocked me out.  

The product is fairly easy to use, although a sloppy mobile interface and glitchy.

To make matters worse, the contract operates on a continuous card payment authority, meaning cancellation is not straightforward. Despite the service failure and lack of support, we are now being required to pay the full 12-month contract, even though the system has not been used.

We found Superchat initially quite helpful during installation, however the experience quickly deteriorated once we began trialling the system internally.

I appreciate how Superchat seamlessly integrates note-taking within the chat, keeping everything organized.
