The biggest issues we have with this software is that our customers don't want to pay for it.

For agencies who want to keep their reports in one place/platform, it can be a bit frustrating to have to export reports from CallRail and repurpose them.

The API is also easy to work with and integrate into our reporting systems.

CallRail's native integrations with many reporting platforms (Databox and NinjaCat) isn't particularly robust.
