ElephantDrive is a cloud data storage solution with SSL encryption, data synchronization, sharing and automatic backup to protect files against technical issues. Designed to provide secure and automatic backup to protect business files from hard drive failures, ransomware or natural disasters, as well as facilitating secure sharing and sending of files, ElephantDrive provides a range of tools for managing files and data.

In order to provide access to files anywhere, ElephantDrive contains an ‘everywhere folder’ which automatically syncs files across all devices once added to the folder, which can then be accessed from any PC or mobile device. Files are automatically backed up including all previous versions of a file, with a date and time stamp to ensure each version is identifiable. Deleted files can also be recovered with ElephantDrive’s archive control which stores copies of deleted files and folders for quick, one-click recovery.

To facilitate collaboration, ElephantDrive allows users to share files with colleagues or external partners using URL links which can be password protected for extra security. Once files are shared for collaboration, any changes made to the file by those with permissions are automatically synchronized across all devices for all users. All data is encrypted with AES-256 bit encryption before transfer to ensure secure data management.
