What is GCalToolkit?
GCalToolkit is a platform that enables users to load multiple calendars from a Google Calendar account, remove duplicates spread across several calendars, and search, delete, copy, move, view, or export events across multiple calendars.
Administrators can make mass changes to event titles, descriptions, locations, repeat rules (RRULE), meets, status, colors, privacy, guests, attachments, and reminders based on chosen filters and/or manual selection. It allows users to split a calendar into several secondary calendars, shift events forward or backward in time, and create duplicate events to repeat at regular intervals.
It is useful for rescheduling timetables or work shifts that follow patterns that do not work well with ordinary repeats. The shift function also allows users to change the time/date for repeat events and even shift exceptions to repeat rules and end dates defined by dates. With GCalToolkit, administrators can reset multiple reminders to either the default reminder (pop-up, email configured in calendar settings) or no reminder.
Additionally, it enables users to filter case-sensitive text with positive or negative search, automatically attach Google Drive files to calendar events, and color code cell backgrounds when events are marked for edit, copy, move, or delete.
