Pros

GoTo meeting is very easy to use and the quality of video and audio is great. I love that I can save my recordings to the cloud.
It is a brilliant and super powerful tool that does not demand any training to use. It has a nice and high definition video quality thus making it best option for conferencing and screen sharing.
It is a good software for teaching purposes, very fast the installation and it is not too expensive. If you have a few students is the best solution.

Pros

The tool is user friendly yet the help desk is awesome. Having an active audience has given us the lead to the most outstanding performances in the field.
I also love that it's not hackable like Zoom is. The interface is clean, professional, not too active or fancy or trendy - it works very well for business settings.
There are many features this product has that some of the other webinar products do not and the price is fantastic for the features that are included in this product. The support is great as well.

Cons

What i dislike is we can add only maximum 100 participants and after completing trial version pricing are very high. It lags while video conferencing and audio syncing problem is also there sometime.
They refused to investigate, even though PayPal reps had thoroughly investigated and had some suggestions. They simply refused to consider the possibility of a problem on their end.
One issue is that any minor interruption in internet connectivity can cause disruption in the call and getting back to the call is a bit of pain.

Cons

Some people in the customer service have some very strange ideas about doing business. I was presented with some bureaucratic problems, too ridiculous to mention.
The recording feature is not efficient: it can only start and stop with a lag.
We should not need to pay more for HD recording and quality bitrates. That is a disappointment.

My overall experience with LIVEWEBINAR has been the possibility of several features in the free version; I could have a meeting room and meeting branding, all for free.

Pros

What I like most about the software when I first interested with, it was a feature for closed meeting.

Cons

The need to constantly upgrade prices for better features. I feel they should be trial version for every new experience.

A Rock Solid Option For Webinars & Online Meetings

Pros

I bought this as a LTD from Appsumo and I am loving it since the beginning. Its easy to setup and use and very reliable. I use it to do webinars, run online meetings, teach courses and do coaching.

Cons

As with most other meeting software, first-time users will need to grant Livewebinar access to the camera and mic when they attend a webinar/meeting/coaching for the first time. This will sometimes result in technical problems.

I use it to host and record my podcast, webinar, and meeting with clients. And it's just awesome.

Pros

The audio quality and stability are awesome! I also love the ability to embed the app on my website thus helping to promote my brand.

Cons

Well, having the ability to select the speaker is one feature I wish they had. That way, I can use krisp, a noise cancelation software to block out noise from my audience. Right now, I can't and that's a pain!

We were looking for quick solution to go live in lockdown and this came as blessing in disguise, the cloud recording feature helped us a lot in quick recording video.

Pros

1) Quick and easy meeting software to go live in literally minutes, no app installation its browser based. 2) Easy layouts which can switch to webinar to meeting and so on. 3) Stream to Facebook,YouTube etc. 4) Breakout rooms and cloud recording.

Cons

1) Pro feature like breakout rooms have to be paid extra .

It's been great so far. Customer service is also superb. I hope to see more updates that satisfy the people in the future.

Pros

First of all, I love the fact that I can create forms for my leads through LiveWebinar and even use my preferred integration for data collection. Longer time for the meeting than most webinar softwares out there. It's a great software for webinars, presentations, meetings, etc... So easy to use and navigate through. You can basically start a room meeting or even schedule the meeting, either privately or open to the public in minutes.

Cons

I didn't like the fact that you can only schedule or create 5 events on the free account. I hope this changes soon. Thanks.

1. The simplicity and ease of use compared to other screen sharing platforms. I am not a frequent or power user -- with some other platforms I feel i have to re-learn their interface each time. 2. Competitive prices and free option for users who are only using it on occasion, for which a high monthly fee is not an option. 3. No download. 4. No time limit

Cons

Something in the initial webinar/meeting set-up confuses me -- I seem to be both user and attendee and can't figure that out. Still works.

I will continue using LiveWebinar for my standard webinars.

Pros

That I can easily set up webinars and meetings without additional charge. It is also the most stable and reliable webinar platform I have used so far.

Cons

The number of frames per second on the recordings for meeting. It is not as apparent on the webinars that have a presentation or screen sharing.

Webinars and Meetings without the hassle of installing software

In one word: Amazing. This tool makes my life easier when talking to my team. So far, I haven't experienced the webinar function, but for small team meetings this application is great.

Pros

Creating a new webinar in about 15 seconds is the feature I appreciate the most with the INSTANT MEETING button. Attendees can get in the meeting room in 15 seconds as well just clicking on a link, without the hassle of installing anything. I've tried the free plan and I can arrange meetings with my team up to 5 people

Cons

The dashboard is messy for me... too many functions and it's not easy to use all of them. The registration process shall become more easy to use, with the ability to automatically add events to calendars without downloading the file. The storage as well is a little intimidating. It took me long to understand how to display a document on the meeting panel, in order to share it during the presentation.

Wonderful Platform - Superb Value for Money

Overall, the platform helps me get the most important thing(s) done - running webinars, and allowing me to schedule and run them ahead of time is a huge draw for me.

Pros

The ability to run scheduled webinars at a fraction of the cost is a big draw for me.

Cons

There've been occassions when participants find it hard to hear or be heard when I use the platform to hold an online meeting. The experience in this area hasn't been great.

I love that we can host webinars to get leads at such an affordable cost. LiveWebinar gets the job done at a low cost and with no hassles.

Pros

Has all the premium features I need to host online meetings and webinars, is simple to use and I can integrate with my favourite CRM.

Cons

The screen view control can be a lot more seamless and accurate. Some meetings I recorded didn't seem to switch the view as I recall during the recording of the meeting\interviews.

How I maintain high engagement with online video

Pros

First of all: the most important thing is that users don't have to download and install software to join a meeting. To me that has always been a deal breaker when using other platforms. Corporate users that didn't have permissions to install the client or even technically challenged people that didn't know how to install. That's not the case with Livewebinar. A simple link and that's it. Users are in the meeting.

Cons

The layouts are not the best. I know that Livewebinar has been improving on this. The other thing is that they still haven't delivered on the remote-control feature. Once this was promised but it is still in the works.

Cons

The monthly price per user let it appear to be a tool that is rather for big companys. For small businesses or freelancers it really needs to have a solid place in the work-routine to justify the spendings.

I like the simplicity of livewebinar I just made a meeting with polish speaking and it was easy because they have already the language so is a great apps with great future,

I do not like that you can record and is not showing high quality it record not good resolution

A great Webinar Software

I use LiveWebinar in all of my live training with small and big audiences. I also use it for online meetings with my Clients.

Pros

LiveWebinar is an excellent alternative to webinar software like Zoom or Teams as it gives you the necessary flexibility to customize your webinar or meeting in several ways. The different tools available in a webinar are impressive compared with other webinar software. I love the possibility to have breakout rooms and the flexibility to change the webinar or meeting in real-time. If you are looking for a stable webinar platform, LiveWebinar is a must-have.

Cons

LiveWebinar should update their UX to a more modern interface and colors. In today's world, integration is essential, and LiveWebinar still doesn't provide an easy way to connect through Webhooks.

Evergreen events don't offer flexibility I was hoping

Pros

LiveWebinar offers many different features, you can record events, schedule different types of events, use it as a meeting platform, webinar platform, etc. It's a very versatile tool with many possible use cases.

Cons

The main feature I was hoping to use in LiveWebinar are the Evergreen webinars for marketing purposes. It would be nice to have the option to schedule a webinar every 15 minutes at any moment of the day. This way you can entice visitors of your website to impulsively join the webinar: It's just starting now and I'm here now, let's hop in. However, it's almost impossible to make this use case happen because you have to manually schedule four meetings every hour for 8 hours. Really cumbersome...

Pros

Whether it is a meeting of a few or webinar presentations to a large group I like that everyone can connect without needing to download and install anything regardless of the device they are using.

Cons

I did find it to be somewhat confusing at first but it turned out to be simple that I was making it out to be.

Pros

I love the power to put out many kinds of meetings via video for almost any type of business. I run several businesses because I am of many trade and LiveWebinar helps me achieve my business meeting goals.

Cons

The qualify of video is not yet perfection but the team works on these sort of things constantly. Love the team thats willing to take feedback for improvements.

Great way to automize, meet and create

I really enjoy Livewebinar. It suits my needs and I can afford it even though I am a n a tight budget.

Pros

Livewebinar is quite easy to use, they have a lot of features that you would have to pay for if you were using other platforms. The main attract for me is to have the ability to run automatic webinar to educate and connect with my community. I appreciate also the fact that we can set up presenters that way I can have multiple rooms running at the same time

Cons

The only thing I was a bit disappointed that iPhone users had trouble using their camera on while talking, but it was months ago and I don't know if the situation got resolved as I didn't use the meeting feature yet since then.

Pros

Love the meeting room feature. So easy and has so many uses. Customer support and always been helpful which is so reassuring. Its a solid webinar platform that works. I love the constant improvements the team are making to the platform.

Cons

Hard to say. I think on-boarding could have been better. But that may have improved since I started. More marketing features and step by step visual guidance to set up possible could be tweaked

Amazing webinar tool

Our overall experience is great, we are able to meet with a lot of prospects virtually and have a great communication tool with them, this allows us to keep our business going in these extrange times.

Pros

The option of having a tool that allows us to connect with prospects and have a virtual meeting is what we like the most, due to the current health situation we are not able to meet in person so having this option is amazing, I think, as time pass, the option on having virtual meetings will increase as the first contact and we will continue to use live-webinar as our first option.

Cons

I don't like some buttons that are too small because it causes confusion, especially when you are in a live meeting, those buttons are for sound and the option to let visitors talk. I also think you can make the screens a little bigger or let the option on customizing how we want it.

Great Product and No need for Downloading Software

I do enjoy it don't get me wrong. The ease of use of this is what sells it. I did go with the package for white labeling. And being able to simply upload on a site outside of LiveWebinar is also a plus.

Pros

Not needing to download any additional software is a huge plus. I use this software to instruct as well. For rooms or events that don't have the TV space, I'm able to broadcast to the student's screens. Recording is done on their end with a link provided to you if you want to download it.

Cons

Features lacking: Onscreen annotation by either instructor or people viewing the webinar/meeting. Evergreen Webinar is kind of lacking features that I would like to see in it. Recording of the broadcast even at full screen your Live webinar branding of the recording is framing it in a way where we are losing screen real-estate.
