Join.me has been pretty useful for the organisation. The collaboration between the cross team members have improved drastically and we are able to conduct work from home efficiently with the help of Join.me.
Join.me helps the remote team members collaborate with each other efficiently online. The audio calls, video conferencing, messaging is highly smooth with Join.me. Users can also share their screen for better discussions and text each other during the meetings. Another great feature is screen recording which allows us to share the meetings with all the team members to access the meetings later on.
The new users need some learning curve to use the product effectively. A few times the servers were down and we weren't able to do meetings. The issue generally gets resolved within couple of hours. Join.me is not widely used across the industry currently and sometimes our clients have to take extra effort to use join.me.

easy to manage meetings, Productivity increased
Easy to use and manage the calls. One click send invite made it easy for sharing invites, rather than adding contacts and asking them to join the call
Sometimes I experienced lagging issues while on call and the pricing should have been kept a little lower.

GoTo Meeting platform has a very good user-friendly interface that allows us to set up and join the meetings easily. We can also use it in the Mobile app and join the meeting through smartphones. Integration is excellent and it helps us to sync our Google Calendar, and Outlook. Reporting features allow us to track attendance and metrics. The recording feature is very helpful to record the meetings for our future reference. The major part is it also offers features like password protection and encrypts for privacy and security of our scheduled meetings.
According to my opinion Pricing is quite high.

I have to test each and every access code and then regenerate the meeting if I find that the access code is invalid. And I have no way of knowing if this a problem that they are working to remedy or not. It is a nuisance problem that was barely acknowledged. This entire experience was one that makes you start reviewing their competition. Postscript: About two hours after I found out from the customer...
I have used GoToMeeting off and on for both meetings and webinars for over 6 years in several environments and it works pretty consistently. Early on, there were several problems with sound and people being unable to hear intermittently but in the past few years those quality problems have apparently been resolved. It is easy to use and set up
Over the past two weeks, I have set up meetings with GoToMeetings and the access code turned out to be invalid. It occurred last week and once again today. I went to the customer support section on their website and it suggested that the access code be tested by calling in on another number. I tried this and once again received the message that the access code was invalid. I followed the process of...

I think GoTo Meeting by and large offers a positive video conferencing experience. Its solid and stable stage takes into account consistent correspondence and joint effort among members. The screen sharing and recording highlights give added accommodation to introductions and report sharing. Also, the reconciliation with well known efficiency instruments upgrades effectiveness. Be that as it may, here and there I've sometimes experience availability issues or experience lower sound/video quality, particularly in bigger gatherings or with more slow web associations. The UI could be more instinctive for some, yet by and large, GoTo Meeting gives a dependable and successful answer for virtual gatherings and distant cooperation.
Something I loved most about GoToMeeting is its easy to use interface and consistent gathering experience. The stage offers a smooth and instinctive connection point, making it simple for members to join and explore through gatherings. The screen sharing element is hearty and takes into account clear and productive introductions. Furthermore, GoToMeeting gives fantastic sound and video quality, guaranteeing...
There are a few aspects of GoTo Meeting that I find less favorable. These incorporate periodic network issues or sound/video quality issues, especially in enormous gatherings or with more slow web associations. A few clients may likewise find the UI or generally speaking client experience to be less natural contrasted with other video conferencing stages. Notwithstanding, it's critical to take note of that these disadvantages might fluctuate relying upon individual client encounters and inclinations.
