Good For Small Teams

2018-08-31

It's been okay, I'm waiting for Aircall to really wow me with support.

Pros

It's a LOT prettier than Grasshopper. It also integrates with Intercom, which is nice.

Cons

The support could be a bit faster, I have a rep who has been getting calls even though she has herself toggled to the 'unavailable' state, and I submitted a support ticket on her behalf - haven't heard back in three days.

Too expensive for a phone solution

2018-06-06

Pros

Aircall has a great UX, like that they also have a desktop app and webapp, good integrations as well.

Cons

You can easily use Grasshopper or Telzio, or any other phone provider for a much cheaper price.

Phenomenal customer support and great UI/UE

2015-09-25

I found out about Aircall from ProductHunt and weighed it against RingCentral and Grasshopper and was happy with Aircalls features for our startup and how responsive their support team is.

Pros

Mac app makes calls and management easy on computer. Also integrates with Slack, CRM's, Zendesk and API access.

Cons

If you're a large enterprise I'm not sure if it's a total fit... but with their API integrations perhaps it is. We aren't enterprise so not an issue for us.
