Overall I've had a positive experience with Livestorm and would recommend it as an alternative to Zoom due to its increased capabilities/features and fewer technical issues.
It has a questions and polls feature which helps meetings/presentations become more interactive without interrupting the speaker. You can also switch over to a pre-recorded presentation any time, which runs a lot more smoothly than trying to do the same thing on Zoom.
There are sometimes glitches and issues with PowerPoint compatibility. However, overall I've had less issues with this than when I'm using Zoom.

Perfect. Great product and remarkably responsive team.
We were using Zoom and Adobe Connect for webinars and meetings. We switched to Livestorm and haven’t looked back. The best part of Livestorm is how well it always works. No glitches, nothing to figure out how to fix. And when we have had a question for support, they’re amazingly fast.
No cons at all. Livestorm has done everything we need it to do.

Good experience so far with fast responsive assistance to issues and questions.
The ability to host live and recorded webinars with no capped limits and the seamless integration with our learning platform.
To set meetings up can be confusing and time consuming.

We were looking for an complete digital event solution and Livestorm offers a total solution which keeps improving each week. Whilst the customer support can be a little slow in response and live chat is only offered to Premium Customers, I have moved forward with the license based on the software capability for my Clients' specific needs.
For me, it is an end-to-end product that does not rely on downloading an app (web-browser based), complicated registration widgets and offers great analytics. The team offer a great, interactive live demo each week which gives great insights and offers you the opportunity to ask direct questions to the creators of the platform.
Hand up feature like zoom would be great.

We needed a tool to train to our clients of around the world, and with Livestorm we reach it from our home!
This is a easy tool very intuitive so our collaborators are be able to use it easily without any problem. It has exceeded our expectations
The spanish translations are not very good. For the "meetings" the number attendees is very limited.

Can only recommend after trying Zoom Webinars and Webinar Ninja before.
Webinars can be set up very easily and with just a few clicks you can make a single webinar a multi-session series. In combination with template-able emails, admin in the background is kept at a minimum level.
We using it with German end users, translation is not entirely optimal there.

Looks good. it unusable and presale support sucks.
It's not Zoom and it is brower based which would be a huge plus if it worked.
It crashed every single users brower. Sales support was slow to non existent.
Hi Steve, this is Thibaut from the Livestorm team. I looked into your experience with Livestorm and see that indeed you had issues when running your test. Omid, reached out to clarify the results of the connectivity test you sent out. It turns out the issues were due to low bandwidth and packet loss. As such, he suggested ways to improve that. At any rate, running a second test can sometimes resolve...

Overall experience is awesome. I'm able to create On Demand classes, offer webinar classes, and help customers when needed by having online meetings where I can share my screen with them. These meetings also get recorded, so customers can go back and whatch them over and over again whenever they need. Livestorm also got a great service, they are very friendly and helpful in every way, and it never takes long before you get answer from them. A lot could be said about Livestorm, but to keep it short: I'll choose them over any other any time.
20 min Webinars with recording, Meetings with recording, On Demand as many as you want. Scheduling meetings, integration with custom made websites, Registration pages with custom made emails to registrants, and a lot more.
Not being able to add sessions to On Demand videos, or to group them/sort them in to maps. Not being able to integrate Live stream of webinars on custom made website.

It was good getting to know a more sofisticated page rather than Zoom and the classic ones.
That it had e personal page to sign in during enrollment.
It seemed to me that it was anticipating a lot of Integration from my end because It was micromanaging a lot of steps during enrollment.

Overall experience was just great, i did let go of Tencent and Zoom and used this ultimate savor.
You can easily set up webinars, and the interface is quite user-friendly. After our amazing "Speakout8" competion held on Livestorm I can assure You also get a beautiful interactive webinars with the option of inviting users to speak on the stage and ask their questions.
There is a common registration page for all events, which we would like to change or remove from time to time. What is apparent for the managers versus the moderators versus the speakers versus the spectators is not always understandable.

We have used Livestorm for webinars since we were spun out from another company (who use GoToWebinar) and it has been great! We run multiple webinars a month using the platform. We like that no client/downloads are required to view or host webinars and use the "company page" on our website as a way to serve up recorded webinars on-demand and be able to capture viewers details to feed our sales process (which you obviously don't get with Youtube alone). We also like that you can add speaker bios into the platform, there are many other platforms to host these, but none that are integrated with the whole webinar experience. Finally, the whole UI/experience can be branded more deeply than other platforms making for a more seamless experience for attendees
We recently ran a 16 hour virtual conference which we had wanted to record but were unable to record more than 2 hours with Livestorm. We ended up using Zoom because of this single limitation, which was a real shame as there are many things about the zoom platform that are worse than Livestorm (managing permissions to mention one!)

Excellent experience. I do know the recording of the meeting is a feature currently in beta, so looking forward to it. The video quality is awesome. The software is easy to use and requires no download. I found the webinar set up process a bit confusing, but didn't take long to figure out.
Livestorm is a great replacement for zoom. I recently had issues with zoom so had to look for an alternative. With Livestorm, I was able to have video sessions with clients and business partners without them having to download anything. The webinar feature is free if you do webinar under 20 minutes, which is also great for me, as it forces me to do short webinars which I prefer to figure out the process of.
Only missing feature for me is the ability to record the meeting so I can upload to Youtube or elsewhere if I wanted to.

In general my experience has been very good, I really like the sight, its tools and how easy it is to create meetings of all kinds.
It is fresh software that facilitates work or family meetings, it is very practical, it has many different tools and forms of communication.
In what I have used so far I have had no problems of any kind, maybe the connection drops but it is not very often.
