LobbyGuard allows teams to schedule sign-in hours, scan driver’s licenses, and print visitor badges. Supervisors can also identify guests present in the building in real-time and record visiting details to manage audit trails.
LobbyGuard lets businesses collect visitors’ information such as company name, signatures, physical assets brought onsite, the reason for visit, and more. Operators can also create enterprise-wide or location-specific lists of authorized and unauthorized visitors to manage check-in processes.
