It integrates nicely with all MS Office products.
Doesn't work fully with Gmail without some middleware (that degrades compatibility with non Gmail accounts).

I personally like gmail better, but if you don't like gmail this would be the best option.
It's very customizable, you can set up your own folders and rules
You can't send big files like you can on gmail. Except if they updated it already.

The mobile app of Microsoft Outlook is great. Well integrated with iOS. The webmail is ok but that's all.
The webmail isn't as good as competitors like Gmail. So if you mostly need a webmail I would go for Gmail.

Microsoft Outlook gives you the ability to organize email, auto-send, and have a calendar.
I have switch to using gmail as it is so much more user-friendly. The abilities of gmail far exceed outlook. I love gmail's calendar and email/to-do list integration.

Overall, I'm not a fan because of how it reads my messages without me clicking into the email. Gmail still shows a preview without it marking it as read unless I click into it.
I like how I can toggle between the inbox and calendar on the app
It's clunky and much harder to use in comparison to gmail.

I use Outlook as a backup to my gmail account
It was what I learned on and was used at work on a daily basis for email.

A organização sempre foi boa, mas dava muito trabalho.
As funções de organização de pastas e gestão de email são as melhores. A questão de personalização também.
Ficou muito caro, limitado, e o gmail entrou com opções antes desconhecidas.

It does all the basic email things you expect in an email tool but to be able to use it to its full potential, you need to be tech savyy.
I prefer Gmail much more but not every business uses it, sometimes you just have to use outlook. For me its too much hassle to set up many things in comparison to gmail.

Not great, gmail has worked much better for me over the years.
It alerts me when mail comes in and does calendar scheduling.
It freezes often, doesn't save my custom calendar views, doesn't search through bodies and of email threads as good as gmail.

Not so bad but the appearance is not as friendly as Gmail.
It has a desktop application so it's convenient to open directly without browsing. It does not occupy much memory capacity of my laptop.
It has something conflicts with MS Teams that I can use one between them. The host run slowly sometimes that my incoming emails arrive out of office time.

There are convenient features but overall functionality is lacking and I prefer gmail.
I like the calendar and the sharing abilities. It is convenient to see coworkers schedules when planning meetings.
Major issues with messages going to the outbox instead of sending. Also some synching issues when I don't receive emails for a while.

Microsoft outlook allows me to manage my day to day email easy. I can also save all my customer contact in outlook and i can access those detial in my phone as well.
Easy to use. Can collaborative with word and excel. Contact management is great. Can save alot of extra contact detail and link it to the phone.
Outlook will not group all the related email into a group like what gmail did.

Excellent. I have been increasingly using Microsoft Outlook and trying to avoid using gmail lately.
The most important feature of Microsoft Outlook for me is its search, it is much faster and simpler to search previous messages compared to other services I have used.
I think Microsoft Outlook's calendar can be improved by reducing some of the redundant information on the work screen.

It's alright if you're using it for college or specified email accounts. Otherwise try Gmail.
Microsoft Outlook was good for checking mail for things like college email. Simple and intuitive enough.
It pales in comparison to Gmail. It wouldn't properly link up with my college's email account either.

Outlook was a good tool but I felt that Gmail was even better and we use now daily in our company.
I think Outlook is a great tool for managing emails. It's great on an organizational standpoint and very simple to use, search, and compose.

I am satisfied overall - that being said the grammatical and spell checker is not always available.
Ease Of use integration with Teams - Ability to attach inbox items as email attachments is very handy

Microsoft Outlook is for me the best email client as it is very easy to find old emails, it has many filters and ways to organize all your emails and tasks and it has the calendar integrated. It is very easy to use and you can customize many features in the options section.
I did not realize how good Outlook was until I change to Gmail for professional purpose. Microsoft outlook shows a clean screen, it is easy to use, very intuitive and you can find almost everything you need very easily with its filter options. It has also many options to customize your experience.
People on my surrounding is very familiar with Gmail and having outlook means having another app just for email checking, but in a professional way, it's the best. Maybe the Gmail is more beautiful and they have more colours, but for professional use I think it's the best

I love gmail, I really do, I use it for everything but fancy emails come from Outlook and Outlook manages my most important emails and contacts, even if work syncs with gmail, outlook is more professional and the microsoft office suite has more capability.
I liked that it remembers every email address you've ever typed in
I hate that you can't see a list of every email address you've ever typed in if you forgot a name to search for.

Great for the fact of an always up-time, have never noticed a down spot or maintenance time.... The server seems as it is always online... And mail comes in on time like it's supposed to...
Maybe the fact that they should create an downloadable program, sort of like Microsoft Outlook possibly...

1) Easily integrate with other G Suite apps such as Drive, Sheets, Docs. 2) Easily integrated with MS Outlook Desktop Client through G Suite Sync for Microsoft Outlook.
1) Filters for forwarding don't support more than 1 email address at a time, so you have to create a new filter just to forward to another email ID. 2) HTML rendering is completely different from MS Outlook. This often wreaks havoc in formatting for HTML text emails. Makes a neatly composed email look like trash. Further, any content from an MS Application pasted into Gmail, leads to a formatting catastrophe. 3) Very plain user interface. 4) Important, official emails often get miscategorized as Updates or Promotions and may get skipped if the recipient isn't vigilant enough!

I use Gmail daily and it works well, it is fast and I have had minimal issues experienced
1. This software is completely web based with no loss on features 2. Running through googles data center you have minimal to no downtime as their infrastructure is streamlined to run as efficiently as possible. 3. Google apps are made to integrate with all major brands with mobility in mind.
1. They have no email client and integration into outlook is cumbersome with their Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft® Outlook® and in some instances only IMAP is available to run in Outlook or on your mobile with your preferred mail client.

Great value product and user friendly. Reliable and keeps coming out with good, new features.
Easy to get setup and syncs with most all other apps. I like how user friendly it is in the web browser as well as in other email programs.

I love the application. Never really have had much of any problems with it.
Compatible with all email service providers like Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo!, etc. Well put together menus and easy to use.
Goes kind of overboard with notifications. The mobile app doesn't allow you to delete mass amounts of emails at a time.

Since I am so used to using another email program, Gmail is difficult for me to navigate. I'm sure it does so much more than I know how to do, but I will get better because Gmail is necessary for me to have due to integrating with so many other tools that my regular email doesn't integrate with.
Google Email integrates with many of the other programs that I use in my work.
I'll be honest. I'm more of an Outlook, Microsoft person but when it comes to integration, Google is a must.
