its been a while since we used them, but i believe getting access to our admin account and then having risks if an employee left/came back it was hard to access but thats not always a bad thing it just didnt fit our company at the time.

Its complex with many many features and one needs a good support system from NEXTIVA to manage the complexities of the system.

The biggest benefit for me personally (in my position of Quality Assurance) is the availability to monitor what everyone is doing across our 15 locations using the Nextiva  App, reporting and supervisor dashboard.

The pricing, compared to other platforms, this is always a good option for small companies with teams with no more than 10 people and at very early stages of growth.

for the product/software--we are finding glitches within our call flows when working with tech support more often than not our call flows are interrupted due to internal updates on their side of things to the software causing our phone system to go down therefore costing us business.

System Analyst

The Updates as they are setup with my company require an Admin to login in and accept the updates; if the updates aren't applied the connectivity to Nextiva doesn't work properly; you can't hear others on the phone; need to restart & update in order for the service to work properly.
