The solution automatically activates failover capabilities, redirecting users to the continuity service to maintain business communications and operational productivity. It also integrates with OpenText Core Email Threat Protection to provide a unified approach to email security, resilience, and compliance.
Deployment is straightforward and requires no additional hardware or infrastructure. Once the primary email service is restored, all messages and activity generated during the outage are automatically synchronized back to the main system. Data center locations in the United States, United Kingdom, and Switzerland support regional data residency and regulatory compliance requirements.
