There is an option for rental companies to overbook vehicles if needed. It generates RV Owner Statement with checks via PDF and emails them to your RV Owners.

Rental Manager eXpress has a vehicle scheduling system to handle a large number of RV reservations. The scheduling system gathers renters' requirements, trip information and point of contact details and helps call center agents handle a larger volume of client calls. The software auto generates email base on predefined templates.

The software tracks and stores all rental related email conversations between your employee and the rental customer.
