We chose RingCentral specifically for SMS/texting to support customer communication as a licensed independent insurance agency, and we were clear about our business model and use case before signing the contract.

One thing that stand out to me about using ringEX is the ability to see the number of calls made, also the ability to disposition each call, letting me know if I didn’t get ahold of the person.

On multiple occasions, we had to follow up 2–3 times to receive a response, including from our assigned account representative, and have submitted technical questions that went unanswered and are still unanswered.

After onboarding, we were then told by multiple representatives across different departments that our business model was categorically disallowed for 10DLC and that there was no viable path to approval.

I have no problem paying for my share, or even for a month of unnecessary top-tier service to port out my numbers, but to want $6000 and refuse to work with a customer is dumbfoundingly poor service, and is now an extreme detriment to my business.
