Works with gmail and allows me to continue to use gmail application
Too slow and cumbersome, it takes too long to move between fields. My computer is fast, but streak is slow.

OK if your solo
Its rides on top of Gmail and is easy to use. I got for the email feature but never really got around to using that part. It's a great value if you are starting out. But once you get a team do you want them in your email account?
You have to log into Gmail to use this. I don't want my team in my Gmail account. Wish it as stand alone.

We love the fact it is integrated to Gmail. We can turn conversations to opportunities with a click. It also knows about all the attachments which is very useful for our business.

Sleak integration with Gmail and my workflow.
Sleak integration in workflow. I have only used the free version so far but it has been great with keeping track of my clients and day to day
I would love to see the content of my emails within the Android App. Suppose it´s something due to the beta version running.

I love how well it integrates with Gmail. The fact that I can organize the pipeline how I want it is great.
It is at times glitchi. I have had to go to the webpage and launch gmail from there because it did not load regularly with Gmail.

Simply put - gmail in integration. You solve all your problems with other CRMs because you do all your work on gmail.
I think customing it to your needs might be a little difficult for some people at first. It's a bit pricey too.

I love the gmail integration. Pretty much every person on planet Earth has a gmail, which makes it that much simpler.
It seems like the syncing of gmail contacts and pipeline contacts could be more streamlined. Overall a minor complaint, great product.

Its very much useful for tracking Emails and Organizing very important emails. Mobile application for Important email Push notification. Can able to see for View Notification. Scheduled Email for future.

Great CRM for the free version if your core email is gmail
Fully integrated with gmail, leads tracking, social media integration, task assignment manager . full use from PC or any mobile devise. the free version is enough.
The paid version don't offer enough to justify the price from the free version. sometimes stuck and dont colaborate. learning curve medium

It made Gmail far more powerful both in general and for task tracking.
I'd never really thought of using CRM software before, as I'm not the typical target audience for that kind of product , yet ended up installing Streak for the extra tools in Gmail. After installing and playing around with it a little, I suddenly found I WAS using the CRM features, albeit in a probably unintended way, to manage pretty much all my work. The fact you can completely customise pipelines,...
None of these are really serious, just "things to improve": - You can't have emails in multiple boxes - irritating as you sometimes have conversations covering more than one topic, or changing from one to the other (and thread splitting isn't really applicable if you end up discussing multiple things in a single email) - No way to merge boxes except deletion and recreation - along with occasional...

Streak has good integration with Gmail allowing easy access for Gmail users. The email attachment feature does make it easy to tie emails to a given contact.
The notes are difficult to view quickly in the pipeline interface, one must enter into the "box" detail to see notes clearly. Also, much of the connection of email and contacts is largely manual.

Easy e-mail tracking and customer/project tracking right from my Gmail inbox.
I love that this is integrated with my Gmail inbox so I don't have yet another screen open on my computer and have to remember yet another login. It is easy to sort, add notes and track everything using the Chrome extension. The new add-on for Gsuite is ok but very limited in features. There are mobile apps that are nice but so far you need to be using it in Chrome to get the full features. I found customer service to be friendly and quick to reply.
I don't like being limited to using Chrome, while this is my favorite browser, I had some problems with it recently and I had to use another browser for a week, this meant that during this period I was limited to the GSuite add ons and mobile apps which don't have the full features that the Chrome extension does. I would love to see an extension for Edge or simply expand the apps to tap into all of the features.

I used Streak to follow acquisition of customers from cold contact to successful contract, and then, in another pipeline, how far along we are in our business relationship. If things would not move for a while, that identified a red flag I would investigate. If it wasn't for the inherent bugginess and general sluggishness of Streak, we would still be using it to this day as its integration with Gmail is just a fantastic idea.
It integrates directly to Gmail, and that alone makes it good. You open your Gmail, like you open it every morning and your CRM is good to go!
This thing is riddled with bugs and glitches. Often it would just not load and I would sit staring at a blank screen. Other times, it would load, but would completely choke my processor. A few times, it crashed my browser.

Streak is a great tool that I was able to leverage to track emails that I sent to clients that needed to pay. It made sure to let me know if an email was opened on a timely manner and where it was opened from.
Streak is a Gmail only tool and doesn't integrate into native mail clients.

Easy to use and simple to start CRM tool inside your gmail
Very simple and easy to use, with just a few clicks It is running and if you don't use anything for CRM could be a good start
It is just a primitive starter CRM, if you don't have anything else could be a good tool but It is just a simple tool to help you and soon you will need a more powerful system with a lot more features to keep all your contacts and deals on track.

A good CRM solution for casual use that integrates well with Gmail.
Good news is that it integrates seamlessly with Gmail. This makes it easy to access your contacts and remain in the same interface and paradigm.
The good news is also the bad news. It can get a little oppressive to have the CRM tied to the email interface if you're not working on your CRM activities.

It is a free software and great to communicate with my customers. I love that I don't have to login to anywhere besides gmail to access

The delayed send feature and the ease of installation. Like most Gmail plugins, installation was seamless and only after major Gmail updates or changes do I need to reinstall this plugin.
I primarily use this for the delayed email send feature. To date, there is nothing that I don't like about this plugin.

Overall Streak has been a great experience. It has helped me to solve what I thought would be a much more difficult problem to solve. It's enabled me to configure and deploy a sales and business development platform inside of Gmail that both tech minded and less tech minded people can get onboard with quickly.
I love the fact that Streak lives in Gmail. It exists almost completely inside of Gmail and integrates perfectly. So, it is able to take advantage of Gmail's search and association features. You don't have to learn a new and complicated platform. You have to learn how to use Streak functions in Gmail.
It is not exactly a Con, but at first it can feel a little counterintuitive. The terminology that Streak uses can throw someone off. I mean,it for me in the beginning.

Gmail is a great tool and well worth the value.
Gmail is a great platform that has the ability to integrate with many other useful tools. I've integrated it with Trello and Streak, which are both wonderful add-ons.
Sometimes the spam filter picks up important emails we send to our residents, probably because they are being sent in bulk.

I have been using Gmail for many years now and I love it. I use a lot of different apps to manage my to-do's, calendar and I use the google voice plugin to be able to make calls directly from Gmail. Being an Android user its easy to access to my tasks, calendar and mail on every device and it is always in sync.
I wish that contacts was more integrated into gmail so it could function more lie a CRM. I know that there are options like Streak and a few others, but I have not seen anything yet that I thought was good enough to leave my current CRM.

Overall, Gmail meets all of my business and personal needs. I have just integrated the smtp services in my website with Gmail which stops my business emails from going into my customers spam filter. I like the options of how to set up how I view my pages and the integration with other programs make it an easy application to work with.
Gmail is my email provider for business and personal. I switch from Microsoft years ago because Gmail was an online service that I could access from anywhere. It is within the Google umbrella and makes it simple to integrate with my day to day activities. It comes with many options such as filters, various screen displays, multiple emails, forwarding, and much more.
The only con I have with Gmail is how the emails are displayed when the Conversation View is turned on. There should be more options when enabling this option. It is an option that makes STREAK CRM work better when turned on but it is not very user friendly. Most of my emails have multiple users in it so emails sometimes get lost in the shuffle.

Having a Gmail is not only having your email but also gives you access to applications that help me accomplish and manage my tasks such as Google Drive, playstore, my Android phone and Hangouts. Whats best is that when i access and login to my android phone through my gmail, it automatically syncs the website i have accessed in chrome, my contacts, and my google applications. This saves up my time where all my devices are in sync with files, work applications, and most visited websites. I also like how I can add some tools or add ons in my gmail such as Streak giving me data on who has opened and read my email and how many times they were read and the date.
I do not have much complaint about gmail because overall i am very much satisfied with it. I would like to try Gmail for Business for additional storage and features but it is costly which i am not sure if it is worth it. I hope there would be a trial for Gmail Business.
