TextMarks lets administrators send text messages to all stakeholders about safety plans, PTA meetings, fundraising appeals, event invitations, and more. The list segmentation functionality enables users to create multiple keywords for different groups and subgroups, ensuring message distribution to specific individuals. It also lets users distribute custom surveys across communication channels to gather feedback on incidents and events in real-time.
TextMarks comes with an application programming interface (API), which allows organizations to integrate the system with several third-party solutions. The auto-responding feature lets users send messages with information such as daily cafeteria menus, incident locations, school/office hours, and more from a centralized platform.
