Pros
I like how easy it is to use and how effective it is. Our members like how they can stay current with information coming to their mobile devices which is another way to simply stay connected.
The ease in which we have been able to onboard both additional staff as well as volunteers to utilize Clearstream has been wonderful. Nice refinement to create an affective and simple product.
The Customer Service has been outstanding always willing to help, quick response and willing to look into your situation to give the best advice to make the product work best for you.
Cons
We've only had one time where it took them an extended amount of time to reply. Apparently when a hurricane destroys the city your corporate office is in, it gives you a reason to not be open.
Switching between the main account and subaccounts is a bit confusing.
I can't get the emojis to work that is the only negative.

Does exactly what I need it to do in a simple, very fast way.

Instant communication and increased sales.

Pros

Running a coffee truck I need to bypass HR and speak straight to potential buyers in office buildings and areas we visit. Social media is great but has very little organic reach, so, I set up customized keywords for places I visit often, letting my customers opt into places they want to be notified about and it's as simple as sending a text straight to their cell phone. Clearstream is fast, robust, and I do everything from my cell phone with their mobile app. Their support is almost instant so if I ever hit any roadblocks it's immediately taken care of. Seriously consider them for mass communication needs, I think you'll be very happy.

Saves hours of the day texting people.

Pros

VERY EASY TO USE and reaches a lot of people fast

Cons

EXPENSIVEI hate the cost per text per characters, most messages need to cost 3 tokens, and one complaint i have is it was NOT stated that it would cost more for larger texts or pictures at any point while i was shopping this item before i signed up. Not that i would undo using the product, its awesome, but man it costs a lot for a church on a budget that has a lot of people to reach at the same time. People dont directly tithe to the 'texting' ministry and the elder board seeing it costs $3000 or more a month to get the amount of tokens I would prefer to have would not work.

Our first two months of using Clearstream

Pros

Overall it's been pretty simple to use. I like the scheduling ability for texts to be sent out on a specified future date/time. The instructional videos have been very helpful.

Cons

The big challenge we've had is when we shorten the URLs, the link hasn't worked on some of our subscriber's phones. Not sure why. I also wish the emoji's were a bit more graphically detailed.

Clear Stream is a great tool!

I am still learning how to use this.

Pros

Our Church utilizes this software for communication purposes, as well as text to give, we use this on a weekly basis.

Cons

It is not very user friendly in some cases, also the list feature is somewhat difficult to use. I wish I was able to edit a list even if was already created.
