What is 365 Total Backup?
365 Total Backup (formerly Altaro Office 365 Backup) is designed to help managed service providers (MSPs) and IT firms backup OneDrive, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint files. It enables organizations to automatically store customers’ data using Hornetsecurity's Azure infrastructure, add or remove users from the backup list, and automate workflows via a unified portal.
The application allows users to capture and store email interactions, attachments, calendars, and contact lists of customers in a centralized repository. Managers can use the application to schedule automated backups and eliminate the risk of data loss or damage. 365 Total Backup also lets professionals securely recover files from customers’ mailboxes, OneDrive, or SharePoint accounts, restore files to existing accounts, and export documents to various online and offline systems in a ZIP format.
365 Total Backup supports integration with various third-party platforms including Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware. Other features include an activity dashboard, billing, event logs, IT asset tracking, remote monitoring, and more.
