AssetBlox is a cloud-based asset management software designed to help businesses manage and maintain corporate resources and equipment. It enables employees to quickly scan and upload new assets, add images, and allocate them among users, departments, or locations.
AssetBlox’s fixed asset management solution allows proprietors to create asset types such as vehicles, furniture, computers, or machinery, add purchase price or depreciation type, and track their ownership and maintenance statuses in real-time. Features of AssetBlox are auditing, analytics, compliance management, barcode scanning, data import/export, and more. It offers a depreciation module, which enables administrators to view the depreciated value of assets and plan asset renewal or replacement accordingly. The built-in equipment tracking system lets stakeholders track leased or rented equipment across multiple branch offices, warehouses, and locations and set up reminders based on return deadlines.
The graphical dashboard allows managers to gain an overall view of business operations including the total value of owned assets, total depreciated value, and stock liquidation value. Managers can also use AssetBlox’s alert engine to send notifications related to upcoming audits or location changes.
