Pros

With a great support from the Bizness Apps team and a very comprehensive range of help desk articles, learning is best done by doing, but you have the support when needed.
The cost vs the features is well worth it for the benefits and their customer support has been great.
It offers a lot of amazing features and the tutorial system is also very helpful to understand what to do and where to go next. I love their customer service.

Pros

It scales down to our needs. It is easy to use and set up and technical support so far has been fantastic - both friendly and very helpful.
Mot databases are pretty much the same when using it on a small scale so I went with the fantastic client service and the affordable price point for our little non-profit food shelf.
Basic user still designing processes and workflows to enter into Kintone. Excited about what else it may be able to help us with and expand to other departments.

Cons

Didn't return calls after that for months- Then charged my card an unauthorized $350 which I had to dispute. Then new management reached out to see why we were no longer customers.
It's hard to create an app builder that does it all and keeps up with technology advancements. Unfortunately, I think there is app fatigue out there.
The new owners immediately doubled the pricing and someone one app suddenly was charged as two.

Cons

One use case that is a bit disappointing is the need to pay for additional guest accounts.
But if we had to go this alone, we'd never have endured.
We picked this software in order to fix a paper based process that had gone wrong After we made the first application we've made 30 more for different processes in our company.
