I liked the software. It has helped us find an easy way to track certifications for our organization.
What I like most about this software it is super easy to build a database with drag and drop. Also, if you need something more advance there is a custom development team that is affordable
I think the look of the user interface needs to be updated. The visual design needs work as it doesn't look visually impressive compared to some tools.

Our organisation was driven by spreadsheets and staff worked incredibly long hours and we imposed inefficient processes that were time consuming on our contractors. We have more than halved the amount of time required to undertake basic operational tasks and similarly reduced non-value adding effort on the side of our contractors. Our corporate knowledge is now supported by a strong and secure auditable system. The Kintone team have been exceptional in assisting us to realise our business vision with regard to systems.
Kintone was flexible enough to be allow us to re-create our somewhat unique business requirements from data collection, to workflow, to linking with other systems such as Formstack, Docusign and Xero, to communicating with contractors and customers. We were able to eliminate as much mundane and time consuming activities as possible to ensure that the only interventions required by staff members is to "add some value".
It is a little clunky around external organisations and users which we need to duplicate and link as organisations/contacts with departments/users

Hope for further future enhancements to make it more user friendly
It is better than what we had but that is not saying much. I am hoping that future enhancements will make it better.
Every time I click on an app etc. it keeps opening a new tab.

All in all, Kintone is a great choice when it comes to database management, and I highly recommend it.
The most impressive aspect of Kintone was its ability to recover and backup data quickly and easily. No matter how large the database is, Kintone was able to quickly recover and back up the data, providing me with peace of mind knowing I had an up to date version of the data. The migration feature is a great addition as well, allowing me to move data from one Kintone account to another with ease.
There is nothing to dislike about Kintone. I really found it helpful.
