Very easy to integrate our data sources like Segment, and simple to get attributes and events. Perfect for running onboarding campaign or lead nurturing campaign.
The lack of a WYSIWYG editor for my marketing counterparts (tho I hear rumors this is coming) and event-based filters in my workflows.
An excellent tool for Automated Marketing campaigns and the product and support teams are extremely helpful.
The data functions and the somehow difficult interface of campaigns and flow-building.
We use it daily to reach our audience and drive engagment. It's been an important piece of software tied to our growth.
There are not many customization options. It is also limited to users that has large customer bases.
On top of it all, I love the price. Great value for the money.
It could use more or better filtering and search options, as the segments, campaigns and attributes can turn into chaos if multiple people use it for different purposes.

OneSignal is the best free push notification solution available. I tried a competitor’s product before switching to OneSignal, and OneSignal has been so much more reliable.
Dashboard can be a bit a bit confusing at the beginning.
Their pricing plans are very accessible, and their free plan is great, it allows you unlimited subscribers up to 10,000 recipients per message.
Doesnt have advanced features. Unless you are a beginner, using One signal might be boring for you.

Great product for a great value. We use it for all our clients and it delivers far superior service than any of its competitors that we have tried.
Blaming Segment for failure to merge anonymous events with identified users, blaming Segment for integration failures that caused significant loss of data. Awful limitations of workflows.
I like that it's incredibly easy to use. As opposed to a software like salesforce thats much less user friendly, iterable is super simple, but still lots of features.
Our engineers get a bit frustrated about some of the technical limitations.
Amazing customer support that's very responsive, knowledgeable and always eager to help. Iterable is very receptive to user feedback, and is constantly improving and building the too.
Problems with adding new users to lists and with clients that are less digital-savy to navigate the backend on their own.
I really like Iterable and I think they're on to a winner, it does feel like they're still in early stages as not everything feels completely ironed out.
The only issue I've had is with load times with list segmentation here and there- but nowhere near the level of frustration I've had with other legacy systems.

Great direct integrations with gravity forms and even better workflows.
It's rare that a software company like Iterable has such helpful customer support.

And when you run out of messages for the month it's frustrating.
It did exactly what is said it would do a it was a great fit for our agency since we are not that to big and the price was just right for our budget.
When I first started using it, there were some things that confused me for a moment. I don't remember what all that was.
I started off with the free trial and ended up with the paid version later. I appreciate the phone calls to check in and the opportunity for feedback.
If you want to upgrade you cannot do it with a email such a burden.
I enjoyed the customer simplicity and user friendly experience.
I pay for 5000 monthly and I don’t need that amount so far. So I’m payinf for a lot of what I don’t need.
The single most important reason I chose TXT180 was the premium code. They have the best one by far.
This is service is easy to use and the best price I found after doing a ton of research.
I love that I can schedule my messages in advance as well as the fact that I can send secondary messages out to my targeted list.

We like that it's an easy SMS App, also the integration with ZD, we can set up templates and use the same one for automated messages like collections or surveys, which is great.
It is now included in a more expensive plan. We were very disappointed when we lost the feature.
My overall experience has been good because again, they have great customer service.
The bottom set of groups are hard to send a text out to. It does not work well if you have multiple groups.
Overall I was very pleased and will suggest it to those that I feel it will be a fit for.

Love that you can text multiple people at the same time. It tracks conversations well and like that.
It is very easy to use and has a user-friendly interface. It works as expected and has some important features like lists that go a long way.
Plus the Customer Service is excellent. I always receive replies quickly and they are able to help troubleshoot any issues I'm having.
Heymarket really makes it easy to contact a large group, quickly with information - it is one of the best features I have encountered lately.

Easy to use and feels like native text messaging, but with some amazing additional features so that our whole team can field messages from our customers.
It is a little more expensive then other systems we have used, but you get what you pay for.
I love how easy Heymarket is to use - I love that it's an app so I can keep my business texts separate from my personal texts, yet it comes right to my cell phone.
Love that you can text multiple people at the same time. It tracks conversations well and like that.

Plus the Customer Service is excellent. I always receive replies quickly and they are able to help troubleshoot any issues I'm having.
Heymarket really makes it easy to contact a large group, quickly with information - it is one of the best features I have encountered lately.
I searched for some time to find it. I highly recommend it to those who want to build a clientele steadily and easily.
With ease I was able to communicate with my associates as a group they were categorized in or the whole roster.
Overall a good product, but lacking in some features like automatic campaigns. I had to pair it with Zapier in order to automate things and I wish it was just already there.

Pony Express hq has great customer service. Quick response time, super helpful, friendly, and professional.
I disliked that you are charged even if a message fails to send and cannot resend a message to individual subscribers.
I also like that the owner is quite responsive when replying to the introduction emails I really didn't expect a human response, that was pretty awesome.
Inability to sort/search by zip code/geographic region.
A very great way to get a short message to my customers at once. Easy to understand platform and very user friendly.
