We are using it to serve hundreds of customers and device and I can sleep well at night knowing it's taking care of backing up our critical data for all of our customers.

Comet Backup does support custom webhooks and we've been able to achieve what we need with that but then I have to support our custom webhook integrations.

The support team has been great and will even schedule a zoom to help you sort out your issue, they keep adding features and functionality so it just keep getting better, I feel like there are better solutions on the market but not at the price point.

Many companies dont offer this and it often makes backu very expensive, whereas with comet backup I can use my own affordable infrastructure and be in control of everything myself.

Restores can be slower then some competitors, no option to live mount the data found in some of the competition.

Once up and running it is great tool to protect your company.

Would like to be able to support older versions of Windows Server, because we all have those old servers sitting around somewhere!There are some issues to beware of regarding multiple jobs backing up to a single repository. If a job doesn't complete, you could end up with a locked repository that keeps other jobs from running.
