Pros

I loved the finish of the design, and the fact that they had the gridlines to guide placement. Alignment of the shapes were so easy, and loved how customizable it was.
Very easy to use with excellent collaborative features. Nice bright and modern UI.
This was a great product if you're looking for something to do very simple flows and charts in. Price point is great, and the free version still allows to use most features.

Pros

The overall experience have been great, free moving around, it feels like downloading what you want to keep and remember, and taking care of that.
Aesthetically, Miro is also just great. I love how such a simple look is still capable of so many great features.
Overall, a terrific experience that allowed our team to move ideas around in novel ways, leading to interesting new findings.

Cons

Lack of features advertised would be included. Lack of tutorials in the software.
Sometimes the lines between connections didn’t land where I wanted them or changed shape and that was frustrating.
Occasionally, when I'd try to "tweak" a little place on my project it would mess up the whole thing.

Cons

The controls are frustrating, the design is unpleasant, and we spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than we did actually collaborating.
The usability of the software is a little difficult. While it's a feature-rich program, it tried to emulate physical tools such as a white-board, but fails on several facets.
It's basically only usable when using a track pad, and even then the controls feel clunky and slow. Beyond that, the actual editing process of the pages is difficult and the menus are confusing.

Surprised how many enjoy this software. It's not user friendly at all

I wouldn't recommend this unfortunately. Lots of user issues and freezing.

Free to use. Offers many diagrams to choose from

Cons

UI is not great. Hover features are not user friendly in the slightest, reaction times are poor and the interface freezes regularly. I understand I cant expect much from a free software but I would rather use Miro since this software fails to deliver. Wouldn't recommend.
