Pros

I loved the finish of the design, and the fact that they had the gridlines to guide placement. Alignment of the shapes were so easy, and loved how customizable it was.
Very easy to use with excellent collaborative features. Nice bright and modern UI.
This was a great product if you're looking for something to do very simple flows and charts in. Price point is great, and the free version still allows to use most features.

Pros

An inexpensive but fantastic software for both network diagrams and any other business and other needs.
There are lots of templates to start with, which makes it a lot easier to get started with this software. I like the integration with popular tools such as Trello and Jira.
Your projects are also all saved online, you can access your software and files from any computer with an internet connection.

Cons

Lack of features advertised would be included. Lack of tutorials in the software.
Sometimes the lines between connections didn’t land where I wanted them or changed shape and that was frustrating.
Occasionally, when I'd try to "tweak" a little place on my project it would mess up the whole thing.

Cons

This software is CRAP if this is how they treat their clients who spent a years subscription, only to find all the work they did in a year is no longer accessible.
A program that is incredibly complicated to understand. They attempt to simplify the architecture process but it is miserably complicated and lacks an intuitive interface.
Further, it constantly just stops and closes itself - and dumps all of your work during that session, even if you have been saving.
