Pros

For a company or for freshers who are not familiar with ITIL process its a good way to address that. For the Price its one of the best products out there.
The ability to easily gather tickets, generate reports, and manage assets is wonderful.
It's quite easy to set up and start using. We really like the asset management feature - it's helpful to be able to assign tickets to devices so that later we can spot trends.

Pros

Overall it accomplishes the may purpose so we are happy.
Easy to use UI, Online help and chat support, Great community support. Overall, quick to learn and easy Setup.
Some features like "split" and "merge" are a great addition.

Cons

I feel bad even complaining about it because it's so simple to use but I feel as if the interface could use an update.
I placed 2 trouble tickets and I had my account suspended because I apparently was harassing them.
I hated the fact that they do not offer a truly FREE Plan. They say it's free but they restrict you not only on features but also with customer support.

Cons

I wish they can automatically prevent unnecessary updates being pushed to prevent failed updates just to find out the update is not necessary or an earlier version patch need to be installed first.
It is a little tricky to use the package installation, but that could be my own failing. Also, it appears to be consuming way more disk space on the server it is on than I anticipated.
Some updates fails just to find out it was already running or not needed on the machine when set to auto which is not a major issue. It's also constantly having a hot fix.
