IT Manager

We had a roll out of 100 users and overall this went smoothly, any minor technical issues were swiftly resolved by their helpful tech support team.

Technical Director

There’s currently no way to exclude specific traffic from the VPN tunnel — for example, access to personal websites like Reddit is blocked.

It met our technical requirements, provided a reliable experience for users, and contributes positively to our compliance efforts. While there are minor areas for improvement, it’s a solid product that I would recommend to others.

Admin

thats it is easy to use and any staff member can easily use it and plus provides options to connect to multiple servers

It would be helpful to have an exclusion routing feature, and while it’s reportedly in development, it's not available yet.

Director of IT

UI is super easy for the end users to be comfortable using it and we have very little issues teaching out team how to use it.

Customer support (little needed) but is timely to respond.

IT Systems Manager

Simple GUI for both Mac and PC clients for end users, simple and responsive admin console, stable and secure endpoint tunneling for remote access control purposes.

Senior

The main feature is that all users connected from different locations can have the same IP address and this facilitates the configuration of Firewalls for the different services we access.

Set up was extremely easy for my IT and the users were able to install and utilize almost immediately.

Admin console is responsive and email server tied to automated messages for user admin and registration are quick (not delayed) making for easy end user support internally.

The deployment was straightforward, even at scale.

In an age where cyber threats are rampant, it was reassuring to know that by whitelisting a single IP, all our employees instantly enjoyed an elevated level of security, ensuring both our company data and personal data remained safeguarded.

IT-manager

Iam using GoodAccess As static ip with my smtp servers in my company they helped me and they have clean ip in white list

Software engineer

Personally I have no complaints about good access, it keeps me anonymous and safe while I browse the internet, it provides me with reports and its administration module, according to my colleagues, is quite intuitive.

Working with the GoodAccess team has been great.

Owner

Practice manager

The trial period was not long enough. After the trial finished, certain functionalities broke as they got stuck, when we continued with the basic package, which didn't include the extra features.

Head of Technology

I particularly like the easy set up (for both users and administrators), the well designed intuitive team dashboard and client app, and excellent customer service and support.

Managing Director

Along with a VPN we require a static IP to access our servers which host our applications.

VP of Ops

When there is a product update, the program doesn't work, you have to log off and update, restart and then run the program.

President

Works flawlessly, near 100% uptime, simple and easy interface and stellar customer service. If you are looking for a stable VPN solution, look no further than GoodAccess

In conclusion, while there are numerous VPN services out there, GoodAccess, with its unique combination of ease, affordability, and security, proved to be the best choice for our team.

Head of Engineering

During our experience with GoodAccess, we encountered some issues with the Access Control feature when integrating it with AWS Cloudfront.

CRM manager

In the 2+ years we have been using GoodAccess the service was unavailable only once

Lead Developer

They were a good price point compared to their competition and one of the only ones that allowed for a small team and use a fixed IP Address.

We previously used OpenVPN with our own server, but it was getting frustrating to maintain and it was easier to go with a turnkey solution.

We haven't found a better service in this price range during three years of usage.

Customer Support Manager

I like that GoodAccess houses best security features.

After a lot of research we have find a solution, which is suitable for a small sized business and covers all the features we'd require.

Senior Manager

Sometimes my team has issues loading and connecting to the tool, but we have overcome this by rebooting the app or re-downloading.

When I tried GoodAccess' dedicated IP, it was easy to set up and worked immediately.

Consultant

The price has increased since we initially started using good access, but we recognize the cost of everything has increased due to recent inflation worldwide.

Technology Manager

We can access our intrastructure via VPN through the connectors and gateway.

It's a solution that not only meets our security needs but also aligns with our commitment to efficiency and innovation.

The deployment process was swift and straightforward, allowing us to establish a highly secure environment in no time.

We never worry about network issues like we did before!

Partner

Our journey with them began during the UK's Covid lockdown, assisting our team to work remotely.

We find the connectivity and stability of connections stable, we have users across multiple countries and experience has been very good.

CTO

GoodAccess ensures that remote employees can securely access company resources

One of the notable names that kept coming up was NordVPN, and while they do offer a commendable service, GoodAccess truly stood out for our specific needs.

The VPN is very simple to setup, using either the Good Access application or by exporting OpenVPN configuration files.

Some of our staff have had issues with the Good Access application to gain access to the VPN.

Teams can have multiple gateways which adds good redundancy.

Head Of Engineering

In a country which is not a main site (Main competitors are not offering IPs from this Country).3.

We started using Good Access during Covid when our entire workforce started home working.

It was very easy to implement Good Access, they have very detailed knowledge base available on their website, which made the roll out much easier.
