Configuring backups can be a pain due to this oversimplification.

It used to be that the backups were easily accessible, vhd files in a subfolder, nowadays it's more complex, I guess because of regulations/ security.

The only con I have is that we have had some occasional issues when using large USB devices for local backup.

The multiple auto checks of the backup Images by a process like a schedule restore check, Image check, and bad block check ensure your backup is good to restore as well as at the time of restore checks it automatically disables the network adaptor of VM to avoid the IP conflict.

Very quick and easy to install, after that all customer installations can be monitored, controlled and also updated centrally via a website, this saves us an extremely large amount of time when supporting our customer systems. If a problem really occurs, you can rely on the easily accessible support.

The speed and data compression is also very good.

The GUI is really easy to use and this is a very good solution for a person with minimum skills in VM & backup jobs, really good community, and a support team is available to fix the issues easily.
