Overall, even though kintone might not be right for everyone, it's important to weigh the benefits and drawbacks and decide if the platform's features and functionality are worth the cost and possible restrictions on integration options.

The flexibility in developing the platform allowed me to get the type of product I needed.

The collaboration and communication features of Kintone are one of my favorite features.

As I use Project Management Feature of the tool, It's difficult to finds issues with the other features.

Business Development 

There are some limitations on what you can do based on what plug ins are available.

Also, it was wonderful not to have our contacts pressuring us trying to UP-SELL and add on more costs and services.
