There should be more revert buttons as it's easy to mess a whole project with one misclick.

The customer service is excellent because they even provide you the opportunity to have a call with them in which they will guide you on how to use the software.

The nonprofit I work has two locations in two different states and we have to do a lot of translation services, so this software is excellent.

Searching of translation keys could be improved at bit by supporting for example wildcard searches, but that's just a minor thing.

I am unable to use any of the regular expression or spell check tools without exporting the document to a difficult-to-format DOCX file (if you modify something incorrectly, it will not re-import), and then I cannot upload the completed file and mark it as complete because then I have to manually mark every edited line as complete. And while marking these lines as complete, I have to wait 10-30 seconds every 50 lines while Memsource works to catch up with me marking lines as complete.

As a worker in the workflow, I cannot view any documents without the potential of a major technical issue requiring a ticket to fix (to which the "fix" was to create an entirely new project), cannot provide feedback to translators as they are working.

Sometimes the final archive, after you finish the translation and opens the document in the final format, has some parts missing - there have been one to three occasions in which this has happened to me in the past, causing my clients to request the missing parts and, somehow, harming my immage as a professional translator.

Memsource has made it much easier for me to keep product-, project- and client-specific vocabulary consistent over time. Whenever there has been a technical problem, the company has provided quick and efficient customer service.

This means that if you have different sources for different languages you have to manually unselect the languages you don't want to translate for that specific document, instead of clicking 'unselect all' and then select only the language of choice.

Most of the time I need to run the QA quite a lot of times before I could submit my work because it keeps giving me notifications such as QA incomplete/unresolved issues, etc. When I run the QA check again, I usually find that the issues I have chosen to ignore may appear as unresolved issues.

In the QA dialog, QA results are displayed in a structured manner, however, it sometimes requires extra time to search and fix the actual segment.

Creating a workflow and integrating Memsource to our current ways of working was extremely easy thanks to the many formats that work well with Memsource.

In some cases I would like to have more transparency (information) regarding changes in the Translation Memory and Term Base (in the form of a version history).

So far nothing dislike. But Memsource team can expand the function 'Convert to Memsource tags', such as tag preview and make it a preset.

What I like the most about Memsource is the no-nonsense interface and UI of its text editor, of the CAT tool itself.

It gives you all the features you need from a CAT tool and transitions from and into online and offline versions are really easy and efficient.

I'd love to not have to work out of a browser as it is a battery hog when out and about. If I have to log in to Editor, why can't I download my jobs directly from there?

It has been  my preferred tool since I started working with it, as it saves me time, and allows me to work from anywhere I am.

As always with online tool, poor access to TM and TB, no possibility to use owned TM's, little control over what's visible on the dashboard.

Memsource is designed to be used easily and fast to learn, the funzions are few but necessary, for a translator I think it is quite good to use for short to medium text.  

Sometimes with very long translation job, the web interface gets a little bit slower making research within the text.

Especially the numerous false positives generated by the QA which we are 'obliged' to ignore by the client and an extremely lagggy interface.

memsource is a web based tool and in that sense it is less powerful than client based tools ("applications"), however, it is the best online tool on the market.

The Bugchecking is somewhat tedious e.g. no bulk dismissal of certain bug types (at least as far as I have found).  

It is powerful enough to handle the major tasks related to translation memory and quality assurance.

Some of the MT suggestions could be improved (sometimes it also suggest translation in different target languages, which makes no sense).
