Most anoying is that we have to buy licenses (pro agents) manualy, so each time we need more licenses we have to ask for extra licenses, then we get a quote, have to sign that and then the extra licenses are added.

The thing I like the least is when you have multiple sites under a main site, you are able to see other sites when searching in the filters, but can't add, edit, or delete machines.

Like, while adding the time entry, if I do it manually, it is not saving the time entry, but if I select from the drop-down menu, it works. If we added the wrong email address by mistake, it is sending undeliverable emails continuously.

It's less about flashy features and more about having a rock-solid, reliable foundation that makes your whole day smoother.
