There's no way to keep historic data of network devices, if a device goes offline there's no way to track where it was connected to and makes it harder to troubleshoot.

The automatic network subnet scanning feature is highly efficient, it identifies connected devices in a very timely manner while keeping the topology updated in real time.

We would recommend it to any MSP serious about elevating their network management practice, with the caveat that you need to price your packages carefully to absorb the per-device cost model.

We currently relaying on Auvik alerts as our main monitoring source, I have been using it for almost two years, but I will never think there will be better tool for same purpose.

Site separation is one of the best features, as it easily allows for managing networks across sites.

Alert quality is also better than most competitors — fewer false positives means our technicians actually pay attention when something fires.
