Used Atera for a free trial, as I liked the idea of not having to pay per endpoint. The software a was nice and clean, but very minimal in terms of advanced features and integrations. Hopefully the ticketing and reports will improve and we can start using them. For us, the parts we use are worth the price, but hopefully we can implement the other features.

I like that it's automatic, and you can select the folders you want to back up. They also recently added a 2TB option which is perfect for a full backup of important files. I love using google cloud storage, I love its integration with google drive. I can have it running in the background and it takes care of everything.

It's fantastic when you are dealing with more than 100 computers remotely. It is useful for our IT team to help us fix issues when we are working remote. It helps us be confident that working remote will work for our organization. It is confusing and frustrating to keep this button available on the "enter the code we just text you" page when it serves no purpose.
