It's easy to deploy and manage printers. When adding or removing printers, it is a  breeze to add the driver and deploy to specific terminals and have groups to send specific printers to!

So, when adding a new printer, I can just select the driver that I've already uploaded from a drop down menu and apply it.

It's also nice that the users can only install the printers they are going to use and not have to sort through a list of printers that have been automatically installed that they will never use.

Also allowing users to manage their own printers without administrator access required has cut down on Help Desk labor.

We also setup email alerts for things like low toner and paper jams which is nice, but there is a but...see the "dislike for a short explanation (TLDR: too many emails)
