ProEDI Software runs on any Windows PC, Server, or Azure/Amazon hosted environment for Automatic EDI Processing. Pro_EDI has been providing EDI Software Services to small and mid-size businesses since the 1990s. ProEDI is still around today due to our unique 'old-fashioned' level of customer service that their customers have come to count on for reliable EDI Support.
With the Full Version, you are able to edit, create, or otherwise modify any number of EDI maps, with any number of trading partners.
With the Light Edition (LE) Software, you still get Unlimited EDI Translation with no per-transaction fees, but their team will be the ones customizing each EDI map for you. They use your Application File Layout and your partner's Implementation guide to ensure you meet their requirements while getting built-in compatibility with whatever backend system you might be using.
Most of their customers have SQL-based backend systems, or customized ERP/Homegrown packages that accept the translated EDI files or exported raw data.
You're free to automate the EDI Process behind the scenes with Scheduler or PowerShell scripting, or any other IT methods you wish to use internally. The software never expires and their support Plans feature unlimited phone or email options.
