Many content filtering firewalls and anti-virus software will stop Getscreen in its tracks and disallow the use of it.

My users are annoyed by this and are not able to remove this without phone support (establishing a remote session brings it back).

File transfer works abosulutely fine there by providing secure way of sharing files.
