Developers can utilize SmartMeter.io’s distributed load testing module to create a large number of virtual users by installing load generators on multiple computers and monitoring the performance of CPUs, RAMs, and hard disk drives (HDD) on a unified platform. The application allows administrators to evaluate test results based on users’ predefined acceptance criteria such as the number of errors, maximum response time, and expected throughput. It also provides an integrated reporting module, which lets managers automatically generate custom reports, analyze trends, and gain insights into test results via graphs and statistics.
SmartMeter.io supports integration with various third-party platforms such as Jenkins, Selenium, Bamboo, Travis CI, Maven, TeamCity, and more via APIs. It allows users to recover test results from crashed tests due to application error or accidental restart by creating a backup of temporary result files in the system.
