The customer support is just amazing -very responsive and professional in the way of communication.
Main Problem for testing apps is Limited set of devices in inventory. BrowserStack removes this hurdle by providing developers, testers a platform where they can test apps on multiple devices.
The ease of use is fantastic and the amount you can test. Definitely helped with my learning of developing with QA in mind.
It was very difficult to have different sets of iOS devices as they are very expensive and also their simulators are working on only mac machines.
It is super easy to spin up any device you want in a matter of a few minutes, be it iOS, Android, Windows, Mac or even Windows Phone.
There are no Linux/Ubuntu devices available for testing. Also, it is a bit expensive for small companies that don't use it that often, but only once in a while.
The most important features that BrowserStack provides are detailed logs, choice of extensive devices and of course the best customer support.
Trial Period expires very soon, the ui seems to be very difficult for the user.
I like using browserstack it is great for testing and have a way to test across multiple devices.
Support team has been very effective in resolving any issues we saw with integration or use of the software.
Amazing range of browser-device combinations with a price.
Has been a great experience. I have integrated this tool in two organizations and both time experience was smooth.
We use it with test automation software such as selenium and we like it a lot because of the simplicity to setup.
What I liked the most about BrowserStack is that it allow you to test a website on many browsers really quickly, even mobile browsers.
The best thing is we can test apple based safari browser on Windows too. We are testing from a single control point for all the browsers which saves a lot of time and effort.
I also like that you can still check Microsoft Edge with the free version, although the monthly pricing for freelancers is reasonable.
Browserstack helps to test your site on several real devices and even use the browers dev tools for easy debugging purposes.
The features and UI are easy to use and understand.

What I really like about Ranorex is its wide coverage of technologies, relative easy to learn and use UI, pretty robust and reliable element recognition and very helpful and responsive support.
Recording gets stuck at times and then it becomes hard to navigate. Only way is to kill the session and start again.
The recorder is amazing, the maintenance mode feature is excellent, and the Ranorex Path is brilliant.
The software is finicky and difficult to use and understand; it can sometimes be frustrating.
And it supports desktop, web as well as mobile platforms which is the best thing. So once you buy Ranorex, you are all set for any kind of automation testing for your organization.
No graphic representation of modules and workflow as exists in other products e.g. HP UFT. Does crash occasionally.during record sessions apparently due to McAfee.
Simplicity and Ease to use are the most important feature. Beside this, finding element through RenorexSpy is an excellent tool.
Asynchronous popup handler - some time mess up report.
It seems as if everything a junior quality assurance enginner would need were already there. For anything that was not easy to find out how it worked, the support team was of great assistance.
I like the fact that it offers a very good API, with which one can write his own software to use the Ranorex testing capabilities.
Great tool, constantly updating. Great community to help you with issues.
I have tried several automated testing suites and Ranorex Studio has the best object recognition that I have found.
The ease of finding objects in an application is very user friendly.
Using Ranorex, we have been able to integrate our automation seamlessly into our testing environment and we have covered a lot of tests that have saved us time and money.
I use it for web and windows. What I like the most about it is the Visual Studio integration, where I just reference the dll's in my own solution.
As I described above - Ranorex is highly useful for creating and executing stable mobile tests on our devices (Android, iOS). In future we plan to use this tool for web automation, too.
Ranorex is a good piece of test automation software.
This is by far a great product that is easy, cost effective and a winner in my book, the only thing is that my team was not up to par to utilize it for the simple tasks I had originally looked at.

An outstanding platform for performance testing that rivals high-end hardware solutions.
In other words, to identify if packet loss is verified and when such bottleneck can be host based.
Perfect solution for network testing under virtualized envirnment like GNS3 and EVE-NG.
There is nothing about Ostinato that has disappointed me yet.
Moreover, Srivats provides outstanding customer service and always responds to questions in a timely manner.
It sometimes requires a lot of manipulation to get the attack to register on the security tool.
Being able to build packets for testing a network on how it will behave is a absolute godsend.
Currently, need to stop stream, pull the statistics.
It also has other cool features such as the ability to export a given configuration to a python source file. This allows for quick logic prototyping and testing.
It provides a comprehensive API that can be easily incorporated into an existing test environment. The Ostinato GUI makes it easy to replay existing network captures (.pcap files) to exercise a DUT.
I liked the way we can integrate Ostinato into the network or lab and the capacity of protocols we can test.
This testing and traffic generation capability of Osintato was the easiest 'software' tool solution available.
Easy to use and does the job for which it is designed.

It is the only automation tool recently built that has an outstanding feature that I personally love the most and can benefit most organizations if used in the correct manner.
It does not work well for drop downs. It somehow goes through the flow wrongly even when I specificed the steps.
It's intutive, easy to implement and affordable. In comparison to competitors, I love the auto-healing feature that solves simple regression changes.
Inability to compare prod vs. dev (or across versions of software) for differences - we desperately need this to complete implementation.
I like that a number of tests start running right away when you add a new app. I like the customer service, they are professional, friendly and helpful.
The only con we have seen so far is that the reported bad links includes a small subset of links that are not currently relevant, i.e. the links were valid at one time, but are not currently valid.
Mabl is pretty good tool for automation testers. Auto Heal is an awesome functionality.
Test Execution Time is more and painful, Comparing to selenium or cucumber scripts execution. Training Videos on how to use all the features should have added more value.
I love the configurability and reuse possibilities. So many possibilities to improve efficiency and productivity for QA.
Hard to capture html containers without don. Integration of rest and UI.
The customization of tests and trainer is fairly easy to use. Test metrics are reported in a beautiful layout, and issues are easy to spot.
The promise of automated testing is very seductive, but unfortunately, it didn't work as intended. The user interface was also confusing to navigate.
There is training that is provided to enable the new user learn more about the product. The customer service is excellent.
There were a few bugs around the product, but I suspect those will be taken care of. Other than that, it was somewhat difficult to work my way around using the product for the first time.
Easy integration into CI process. The monitoring capabilities are detailed and easy to understand.
What attracted us was the self healing plugin and also the ease of creating new tests for our colleagues without programming knowledge.
Pricing is on demand and is based on actual usage. This is good as we're a startup and we haven't starting building our product yet.
Mabl allows us to automate a lot of our testing saving time and money. The paths are easy to create.

Easy to useFair pricesReally good quality and has a lot of functionalities.
Triggers google analytics and fake visitor statistics to my site which makes it not usable for longer time.
It really helped me a lot to test the performance of my website, the best part is that it is extremely easy to use and the test results are very easily understandable.
Triggers google analytics and fake visitor statistics.
So yeah the experience with Loadview have been really great so far.
Prices are a bit on the higher side. Many features are missing.
Also Load Patterns supported by tools are quite impressive.
We were in dire need to do stress testing for this release, and that's when we started using Loadview.
Over all experience is quite good, tools helps to setup load test quickly.
I'm really new in the LoadView, however, I believe that customer services are great.
All the features I likes May be I used Load view for the first time , But Cool.
The testing team has also been helped with this a lot, like how it enables them to simulate all the api calls and everything.
It was great experience. Only issue was it did not fit my budget.
It's performs pretty decent while we try to figure out the bottlenecks in our system with respect to the API throughput.

Overall it is positive, most of the times everything is working very good.
Using nightwatch.js , but mainly because I lack experience in it and for me it was hard to understand.
Loved the fact that you can simply create automation scripts and just add more users without much hustle , the UI was intuitive and nice.
Learning how to use Loadero properly. Sometimes some users fail to connect.
It was really easy to use. It had great UI/UX and some of the fields were well explained.
Learning how to use the Loadero tool as there is no documentation.
Ease of use and clear documentation made writing new test cases a breeze. With a multiple network, audio and video quality options.
Would like to have more detailed results, sometimes it is a little bit difficult to find the reason why some users failed.
We mostly used Loadero for functional testing for a webRTC product , it was a great tool to add to our toolbox and allowed us to simulate scenarios where a big amount of users was necessary.
Integration with our product was very easy. Loadero helped us solve many issues with vide and audio testing , bringing as many loadero users into our product as we want and make them do what we want.
When I am writing scripts for Loadero and am running tests - I am happy.
Possibility of adding additional participants very fast and easy; very simple in usability, everything can be found quickly.

I always use this extension in my browser for script recording which gives me best opportunity of recording. When i convert it to jmx and import in JMeter it is very ease to use those all calls.
The customer support is poor, whenever there is an issue, it takes days to get feedback from the community.
Its user interface is great as iys easy to use and very helpful in performance testing. I use blaze meter along with jmeter and it provides great graphical representation.
I signed up for the Pro plan earlier this month as I wanted to test with 4k users on our deal of the day site which was crashing at bad times i.e. whenever we would put up a deal.
The tool is excellent and I have used it for a long time. It gives a nice visual presentation of the performance, infographics, and most of all detailed reporting.
Even its easy to use, It is little bit confusing for begin. Some time it crash while click record button.
I love the fact that it can be downloaded as a Chrome extension so you can utilize it seamlessly without having to experience a long and tedious setup and installation.
Overall, I definitely recommend BlazeMeter if you were to use it together with Chrome browser as it already comes with it exclusive extension, BlazeMeter.
Blaze master is open source testing tool for automation and performance. It easy to use and reporting system is awesome.
I am happy with their services they provide. Performed number of task with it.
It is best tool regarding load and performance testing and also good not excellent for script recording as well as it is best to present stats from Blazemeter.
I have used this tool as a plugin of JMeter for performance testing and later on used it for functionality testing and API monitoring. Very much satisfied with this tool.
Easy to record and import the scripts and the report is very simple and easy to understand. I liked their newly added 360 API testing and monitoring system and mock services.
Absurdly attentive customer support when I was having JMeter issues.
