Its a solid product with great support, i use the rest of the n-able suite and everything integrates really well, my client admins like it too and they have adopted it as their main tool for monitoring, support and asset management

Not a large amount of flexibility with backup checks as they only scan once a day and is regularly saying "Backup status can not be determined", even when earlier Cove has reported backup completed.

My only real issue is that you cannot stay logged in to the console after a reboot, but I accept that as part of the 2FA security it makes sense to need to log in after a computer restart.

We've been using N-able N-sight in our MSP business for some time now, and it's proven to be a reliable and effective solution for managing all of our clients’ devices from a single platform.

Support is very quick to respond with the livechat and we also have access to our own customer success manager who you can book meetings with to go through any more advanced features / setups.

Your monthly charge on top of charges for each of the services makes it difficult to justify using your solution for a small provider. If we were a large provider, it would not be an issue.

Some reporting is opaque or inconsistent (currently the RMM tool does not accurately display patching status for windows endpoints).

Everything I need is just a few clicks away, which saves time and allows me to manage my clients more efficiently without getting bogged down in a complicated interface.

Apple support is respectable, though requires a fair amount of interaction to get all the components squared away which is unfortunately typical for MacOS integrations.  

Mobile apps require frequent reinstallation and are not polished - they feel like sub-standard ports of the web-based portal.

We also find ourselves needing a network security monitoring/ assessment tool that N-able does not have - forcing us to find another source for that.

It comes with an rmm, a basic crm, and take control for those clients not in your rmm.

N-Sight Offers a great integration to Sentinal One allowing ease of management for all of my endpoints.

The remote access tool is functional, but lacks features that others have, and is not great with screen resolution changes.  

the staff and how long it takes to get answers, the lack of replies, for example we have been asking since Jan 2025 to get the new deal in place and 4 months later you are still working on it.
