Despite providing complete details about my LLC, business purpose, and intended use case in my initial response, I received identical verification requests from three different support representatives [sensitive content hidden], each asking for the exact same information.

The phone number I purchased has been unusable (returning busy signals when called) while this verification process drags on. When I attempt to test my configured flow, it doesn't work, likely because the account verification is pending.

On top of that, the platform is poorly usable, unnecessarily complex, and the documentation does not help with real-world implementations.

This results in wasted development time, increased costs, and a lack of trust in the platform for production use.

When we received these saying they were Twilio products, these products have been migrated to Kore (a different company who acquired Twilio's IoT products) but most of the functions can still be handled through Twilio.

Many of the reliability issues we have experienced with Twilio are easily reproducible and solvable but Twilio does not invest in resolving these issues or are not capable.

There's a learning curve, particularly if you're not accustomed to APIs or cloud-based communication logic in general.

Their asynchronous tasks rarely completely in the browser, the web interfaces glitches and flickers randomly, and the error messages are minimal and require getting in touch with their cookie cutter customer support team (zendesk).

Then you go to Twilio and get your Auth Token (second .env) and create a Service that has its own token (third .env) , then you integrate that with your sendGrid Template and I forgot where exatly but there some fourth token you need.

Now when customers call they can choose from an option tree to troubleshoot their issue or they can choose to talk to an agent (me) and if it's during business hours the call gets forwarded to my cell, if outside of business hours they get my voicemail.

Twilio also has a wide range of features like phone numbers, SMS, MMS, chat, video, and more that can all be implemented in just a few lines of code.

There is very little proactive communication.

My use was on a customized platform, and it feels very hard to navigate.

I found integration in the performance of the current practical work and doing it to the fullest by means of this application, but it contains something that I think it lacks, which is the support of the Arabic language Some customers face a problem because of the availability of the language only, and we hope that the application will pay attention to this point and focus on it.
