Visual Components overview

What is Visual Components?

Visual Components is a 3D manufacturing simulation software that enables users to create compelling production line and factory layouts in minutes. With its powerful yet simple solutions, it allows designers and engineers to build and simulate factories of the future using an extensive library of over 3,000 ready-made components.

The software comes in three variants - Essentials, Professional, and Premium - catering to different needs. The Essentials edition contains pre-made models and templates to design, build and simulate manufacturing setups. The Professional edition allows defining and creating custom components to simulate within the 3D environment. The Premium edition provides a complete virtualization solution for factories, facilitating design reviews, feasibility analysis, virtual commissioning, and more.

Additionally, Visual Components offers robot offline programming capabilities through its Robotics OLP, Professional OLP, and Premium OLP products. These solutions, containing over 1,600 robots from 70 brands, optimize robot utilization through fast, accurate and collision-free simulation and programming. Users can design custom robot workcells, program robots, and self-commission robots without manual teaching - bringing substantial time and cost savings.

The software also enables experiencing 3D simulations on mobile devices and virtual reality headsets through its Visual Components Experience product. Users can also embed their 3D simulations directly into websites with the Visual Components Experience Web offering.

With its robust and extensive capabilities, Visual Components aims to help manufacturers, system integrators, OEMs, startups, and academia plan, validate, and continuously improve their production systems - enabling them to save time, reduce costs, and boost efficiency.
