What is SIMUL8?

SIMUL8 is a cloud-based business process simulation tool that allows businesses to experiment with processes and plan scenarios using simulation tools. It offers a drag-and-drop process modeller to facilitate simulation creation and reports to assess potential results. Designed to help businesses across all industries improve processes and increase efficiency, SIMUL8 offers features including visual logic, easy access menus, a drag-and-drop simulation editor, data import and export, results visualization, and more.

With SIMUL8, businesses can build, run, and analyze business process simulations on any web-enabled device. The platform offers tools for discrete event simulation, agent-based simulation, continuous simulation, and hybrid simulation. Simulation parts can be grouped into categories to make reusing common components easier for frequently used resources. The Scenario Manager allows users to perform unlimited simulation runs and compare the performance of different simulations, whilst the Results Manager offers in-depth analysis and custom reports on scenario results.

SIMUL8 can be integrated with third party systems such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to facilitate data import, and the API allows users to connect the platform with other software systems for data transfer.
