Workspot is a turnkey SaaS platform that is designed to help IT teams in AEC, financial services, legal, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, and education industries, deliver cloud desktops to devices located across remote locations from the public cloud. The low latency system lets users deploy cloud desktops, workstations, and apps, which enables disaster recovery for desktop workloads.
Key features of Workspot include load balancing, multi-device support, DaaS, self service portal, two-factor authentication, remote access, desktop or application virtualization, and access control. IT organizations can use Workspot Control to add new cloud desktops across multiple cloud regions and public clouds to analyze and monitor activity data from a single admin console. Based on Microsoft Active Directory, Workspot Client enables businesses to ensure secure access into the system by blacklisting and whitelisting traffic, regulating device posture checks, securing data in motion and at rest, and logging events for auditing and compliance.
Workspot offers GPU workstation and cloud desktop configurations to meet unique requirements of knowledge workers, power users, and task workers. The simplified disaster recovery solution allows organizations to keep Windows 10 virtual desktops on standby in the cloud, from remote locations using any device, including Macs, home PCs, and tablets.
