Pros

We can now "see," in real-time, the progress of all our testing and release pipelines. The integrations to other software development applications is excellent, via the API's or plug-ins.
Customer support and interactions have been outstanding. Zephyr has a Customer Advisory Board, which meets twice a year, to listen to, and respond to the industry.
I worked mostly with Jira Plugin and it's pretty easy, obvious software, although Zephyr Teams & Enterprise more powerful. Easy to monitor testing process, schedule testing and making adjustments.

Pros

Helping to bring the business up to date with a system that is modern and innovative. It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
Salesforce remains the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. Integration of third-party and add-on options it offers.

Cons

Our organization needs to run test on weekly basis and we lost lot of time redacting them on the interface that can reject the input for any hidden reason.
Really slow to use, the integration with JIRA leads to data loss. Hard to link snapshot, zip and other precondition or result artifacts and access it on execution.
So disappoint it with the Roll out releases and support.

Cons

Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.
The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.

Pros

This product can be integrated throughout your enterprise networks for seamless use. Teams function better with this application, and are able to exchange data.

Cons

Not as user friendly as most, but once you've learn the basics it gets easier. After a few sessions from our internal trainer, things went smoothly for all users.

Enterprise flexibility and the vision to automate all things customer.

Cons

Everything. You esentially need to create your own workflows, essentially designing your own software within their framework, which if contracted out can cost you in excess of $100,000 for small business this simply isn't realistic.

* Machine learning that actually gives me useful guidance on what I should follow up on * Collaborating within org on sales is made very easy (I know all the people at my company who know anybody at target company) * Chrome gmail plugin is awesome

* Reporting isn't robust yet --- but I'm told it's coming soon!

I've been a Relate IQ user for almost two years. In that time I've watched the software progress from great to absolutely amazing. It completely shatters the traditional CRM status quo and sets a new paradigm for excellence. Their staff, support team, and engineers are all top notch as well.

- Easy - Intuitive - Powerful - Great automation around intelligence - Smart: it does things that you would expect and things that your would but have always dreamed about.

Cons

- Really great for SMBs but lacking larger enterprise features right now.

It's reporting capacity. SF helps us a lot to optimize our marketing and sales campaigns.

Cons

I think that many times the tool was not user-friendly or intuitive.

Pros

It's an extremely customizable solution, making it ideal for enterprise companies who understand their CRM needs.

Cons

Because of the configurability, it can be overwhelming for companies relatively new to CRM, who may not understand how to get the full value out of Salesforce. It's also not a very intuitive interface, so new users require considerable training.

Pros

An enterprise worthy CRM that most sales reps have used or pick up somewhat easily.

Cons

The limitations as it relates to reporting has always been a struggle and I hope one day SFDC realizes the need of multi-touch campaign attribution for marketing organizations.

Pros

I appreciate that salesforce helps us store and manage our client contacts and interactions. I also really appreciate the large number of integrations it offers. It seems that countless companies have integrated with salesforce, which allows for some robust functionality

Cons

The look and feel is pretty rough. It feels outdated and very enterprise-y.

SalesForce Sales Cloud is a great tool for storing and supporting sales analytics.

Great tool to work with at enterprise level. Very reliable and easy managed.

Pros

SalesForce Sales Cloud is an excellent tool for managing sales data and performing reporting operations on top of it. The tool provides excellent interface to import/export data in the form of csv/json and hosts them across multiple layers. Very friendly user interface.

Cons

The features of the tool are not easily comprehensible. The tool needs good training for users who would want to delve into the salient aspects of data analysis/support.

Very positive to integrate all likes of business and marketing in a large enterprise.

Pros

The Salesforce platform with easy plugins from hundreds of other providers is great. To get the most value though you need to integrate your mail and calendar system . In banking this can be tricky but still super important.

Cons

Salesforce has become more expensive relative to other options. It is still the best option probably for large enterprises but other providers have probably surpassed it for small business and maybe medium sized.

Pros

It can do essentially anything you want a CRM to do. Excels at Enterprise-level operations.

Cons

It's expensive. Big learning curve. Often is more powerful than the needs of the users/companies, can be overkill.
